At Fashion Under 40 we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review our return and exchange policy below:
Returns

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size or color changes only. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be applied to the exchanged item.

The exchanged item will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
Online Credit

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like online credit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

A credit for the full amount of the purchase price will be issued, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Online credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.
Exceptions

Final sale items, including but not limited to: clearance items, special orders, and gift cards, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
